TES Electric Supply, Inc and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if TES Electric Supply, Inc believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of TES Electric Supply, Inc and its subsidiaries.




• Privacy Policy

• This privacy policy applies to all of our products and services.
  We will never share, sell or rent your personal information to any third party for promotional use. We may disclose or report personal information where it is required by law. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may optout of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is used to check the user's qualifications and bill the user for products and services.




• Shipping & Delivery

• All products ship within 1-2 business days using Fedex Standard Ground or USPS First Class/Priority Ground Mail. We ship items out Monday - Saturday. No items are shipped on Sunday. If we become aware of any delays or if there should be unexpected changes, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and zone. Shipping is currently not available to international countries and AK/HI, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders. If you would like faster delivery, please specify your personal request in the comment when you place order.




• Sales Tax

• California customers will be charged 9.5% sales tax. Resellers holding valid resale permits/vendors license must request tax exempt status in advance by mailing or email  CA Exemption Certificate to TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC.




• Warranties

• 1. TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC expressly warrants for 2 years from date of shipment that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper and normal use.
  
  2. THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OF IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  
  3. TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of, or at its option, the replacement of any defective products, or parts thereof, not to exceed the original purchase price. Shipment of the defective products must be made to TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC, or some pre-designated location as authorized by TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC, freight prepaid. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges for removal and/or replacement of the non-conforming of defective product or part thereof. TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY EXPENSE OR EXPENSES BEYOND THE ACTUAL COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY.




• Return Policy

  Please read the following return policy:

  • Customer must sign the Return Request Form. A copy of the form must be in the box of return product.
  • Unless it is manufacturer's defect, all returns including replacement and repairs must be shipped freight PRE-PAID by the customer.
  • Product may be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date with the approval of TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC. in salable condition.
  • For promotional items, all sales are final.
  • Cash Refund or Credit memo will be issued based on the invoice price at the time of sale. A 30% restocking and/or 10% re-packing fee will be assessed.
  • TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC. should not liable for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from the products or use of the product.
  • Any items returned to TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC. without approval will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expenses.
  • All TES's products are warranted, however any tampering will void the warranty.
  • All returned items must be unused TES's product, sent complete, with original packaging, without missing parts. Custom orders are not returnable. We regret that we cannot accept returns on our customized products, however, we confirm in writing (via email or fax) all custom print orders prior to printing.
  • TES ELECTRIC SUPPLY INC. shall have no obligation under this warranty for damages caused by abuse, temperatures below 40F and above 140F, misuse, accident, improper installation, salt water damage, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear or damage during shipping.
